“Good value for money”

Good, clean hotel to spend a couple of nights. The surprise was having the minibar in the room even if it wasn't mentioned in the description. The neighborhood itself is frankly quite ugly but it's close to the old town.

The staff were polite and attentive to our queries. We had to request for room transfer because the tub had a leak and they immediately granted our request. Their bath soap, shampoo and conditioner smell nice. They also offer free coffee and biscuits for guests from 7am-7pm.

Family room on the 5th floor was very spacious, with a roomy bathroom and bathtub. Loved that they had L’Occitane toiletries, personal ref and two TVs, along with wifi access. The paintings in the hallway and room were a nice touch too. It made the stay feel more elevated. The staff were very helpful and easy to communicate with in English. Special mention to the front desk team: Marvin, Kenneth, Harvey, Woody, and Aimee for the excellent service. Communication in English was smooth the whole time. Thanks so much! The location is top tier if you prefer a chill, laidback part of Macao. It’s within walking distance to tourist spots like the Ruins of St. Paul’s, Senado Square, and more. Super convenient without being too crowded. Will stay here again for sure.

Close to the main piers and town of Sai Kung. Good 1 night stay. The breakfast buffet was also quite plentiful and overall good quality.

High level of noise during the nights. People speaking very loud and slamming doors. No good accustic isolation between rooms.

Staff were good, bed comfortable, gym is the best hotel gym you're going to find. Close to some good local restaurants. Close to bus stop.

“A pleasant stay with old town charm.”

Booked for 1pax and my room so was comfortable for solo traveller. Not much view outside window but that’s not an issue for me. Near to public transport bus stops. There is supermarket about 8-10min walk away. Walkable to Ruins and Senado square area too. Room and toilet is clean. Friendly reception staff. Warm housekeeping staff. No frills check in and check out. Water dispenser at lobby area. Free coffee and biscuits at level 1 in the mornings was a plus. Some interesting streets and eateries near by. One of the open air road side eatery is just few min walk away.

Clean and modern Very friendly and helpful staff

Location: walking distance to attractions, nice local restaurants and bus stops Room: a bit small for 4 people but clean with comfortable beds, TV has our favourite channel, there is a mini fridge. Staff got us a working TV when the original one didn't work.
