Great accommodation in Maafushi. The room was cleaned daily, and drinking water was provided. Very friendly staff. The best part was the food in the in-house restaurant. From hummus, sweet patatoes fries, buddha bowl to fancy Salads were all available here (fresh and hygienic).

Best location to be if you want an exciting stay in the Maldives. Merijaan is away from the main strip and very quiet and laid back. Staff were exceptional. Communication on point and they went the extra mile to make our stay very enjoyable. Will definitely use again if back in the island.

The location is great, not in the middle of the shops and restaurants, but still very close to everything. It was very peaceful and the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's staff assisted me with booking a half-day tour which was quite enjoyable.

“Comfortable and new Hotel”

We stayed at Merijaan for 3 nights. Merijaan is a brand new hotel, very comfortable, with a nice garden and beautiful beach view. The location is great, very close to shops, restaurants and 5 minutes walk to bikini beach. Room is spacious, very clean and it is cleaned daily. They provide a bottle of drinking water daily in the room and also on your request. There is air condition, fan and fridge in the room and there is hot water in the bathroom. Bed is of big size and very, very comfortable. Each room has its own Wi-Fi so the connection is excellent. The staff is kind, polite and helpful. If you are vegan don’t expect much from breakfast (prior to arrival we have informed about it and although we were told that they would make something that will suit us, it never happened 😞). Another thing that could be an issue for some people are the stairs leading to the first floor as they are very steep and the thread is narrow. But other than that, we highly recommend this hotel.

Staff working there were friendly and willing to help. The room was very clean, and cleaned daily. The bed was comfortable. The location was good (the island is very small), five minutes' walk to the other side of the island where the nice beach is, and lot of restaurants and shops nearby.
