Very well located. The area is clean with plenty of shops and restaurants around. Walking distance to the Rhone with beautiful paths on both sides. The apartment is on the 12 floor, with a beautiful view of the city. Clean and everything in very good condition. Bedroom with air conditioning and the bed very comfortable. Also the secured private parking is a great plus - we’ve read so many reviews that cars got broken into when left parking in the streets throughout Lyon!

Very clean and good location

Lovely flat, with stunning view of Lyon from the balcony. Host Thierry on hand to help with settling in. All you need is provided and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Quiet, residential neighbourhood, with a terrific bakery on one corner and a supermarket on the other. Secure entry and secure lift. Nearest metro about 8 mins walk and connects you to all of Lyon.

Fabulous Accommodation for 3 x nights. Loved the location & use of a locked garage for our rental car was very convenient! Easy access around sights of Lyon & apartment extremely comfortable with everything you needed. Thierry was a great communicator and everything was seamless. Highly recommend this accommodation.

“Cozy and quiet place”

It was cozy and quiet place, 30 mins walk from the train station. Very attentive host, very decent kitchenette. The view from the windows is stunning. The location is superb, can't complain about anything actually.

We stayed here last year and had such a good experience, we returned this year and it was just as good. Thierry is a wonderful host and the apartment has everything you might need including some basic groceries which is a lovely touch on arrival. It’s ideally located with amenities on the doorstep and is a short walk from the centre. The view from the balcony is worth the stay in itself. Could not recommend more.

Thierry our host was such a charming, lovely man, even booked a taxi for us when we were leaving, and everything in the apartment was wonderful with an absolutely amazing view over Lyon and everything was provided, milk, lovely selection of teas, coffee pods, biscuits, cereal, beautiful Madeleine's, even a half bottle of rose , best booking.com we have ever stayed and definitely best host ever, thank you Thierry 😁

Thierry was there to meet us and explain everything and recommended a lovely restaurant. The parking was in a secure garage and everything worked well. We obtained the classic breakfast from a beautiful patisserie just down the road.

Very friendly host, apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Lyon, directly in the vicinity of Tète d'Or. A big plus is the private parking garage directly across the street. The view from the 12th floor is unbeatable

The apartment is centrally located walking distance to the Lyon Opera House and Train station. It also has a nice balcony with views overlooking the city.

Great views, good location and really useful to have a garage. Supermarket just across the road. The apartment had everything we needed and more - the air con in the bedroom was a life saver during the heatwave. Moreover, Thierry was really helpful and a great host. We’d happily return.

The view from the terrace is fabulous. It’s a great place to sit outside. Thierry gave us excellent instructions on getting into the apartment. The secure garage, just across the road, was an important point for us. The kitchen had everything we needed.
