Beautiful apartment in a fabulous location. It’s on the 3rd floor, accessible by a stone spiral staircase which in itself is gorgeous in the ancient building. We knew this beforehand but it didn’t bother us. There’s a lovely coffee shop/pizza restaurant next door which is great. Laurent, the host, met us at the apartment and was great at showing us where everything was and how things worked. He even had a coffee with us before he left in the coffee shop next door. We love Lyon and when we go again we will definitely stay here!!

Great location and Laurent is lovely. We squeezed in a family of five and it was tight but adequate. Modern and clean. It is necessary to pay for coffee and purchase regular supplies like salt and pepper.

Lovely stay. It was only 1 night as I had got the dates wrong so needed an extra night. The just was extremely helpful allowing us to drop our bags in the morning before check in. That saved us a lot of effort. He was very helpful allowing the way through. The location is amazing but there are 3 flights of winding stairs to the room which so anyone with mobility issues will struggle. Amazing building. One of the many traboules in Lyon.

“Spacious flat in vieux Lyon”

A very spacious, nicely decorated and well situated flat. Two big sofa-beds were easy to do and comfortable. There is a big parking garage with lots of electrical parking stations right opposite the flat. For us, with two kids and loads of suitcases, the only minus was that it was on the 3rd floor without a lift...

Excellent location just across the bridge from the city centre. very grateful that the owner, Laurent, was there to check us in and help carry our bags up the 4 flights of stairs. Laurent supplied direct contact details in case we needed assistance and contacted us via email to make sure we were happy. He also organised our early transport to the airport. The hot water system was brilliant, instant and hot and we got used to the sit-in hand held shower / bath.

What a location and what a stay. At first you are not sure where you are and what you can expect, but when you open the door. This was de cutest and nicest appartment I ever rented. Unfortunately I'm 1,93m tall and the bed was a bit hard to reach with the low ceiling. But the bed was perfect.

The location of La Nuit St George is setting special; it's a great spot for exploring Lyon,close to plenty of cafes and shops, but it's also an authentic historic home in the heart of Old Town. The apartment had everything we needed, and it was very clean and comfortable. Laurent was awesome, from lettong us check in early when we arrived into town, to giving us lots of tips for the area and making sure that we were comfortable. We would happily stay at La Nuit St Geoege again!
