The room was just as it was described on the website. There's a 24/7 administrator which is convenient. The hotel is not far from the Old City and the river. We had a pleasant stay.

The staff came into the room twice, complete invasion of privacy. Instead of having tags on the door for service and housekeeping they just walked in. Also paid 10€ to have an extra hour before check out but was walked in on by housekeeping while trying to get dressed then had to stand and talk to someone on the phone to explain the situation while standing in just a towel. Completely ridiculous and could’ve been solved by better communication between staff - to let them know we paid last night for late check out. Should be given money back. Felt extremely uncomfortable as the doors didnt lock and staff walked in whenever.

This hotel is very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Its location is excellent, right next to Perrache train station, which makes getting around extremely convenient. The front desk staff were very polite, professional, and always willing to help us, which made our stay even more pleasant. Our whole trip was very comfortable thanks to their service. In addition, the breakfast offered by the hotel was of high quality and very special, perfectly meeting our needs. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
