Hotel, room and reception was what you can expect for such an hotel, nothing to complain, everything worked and had not issues. Although the hotel is not exactly in the "old city center" it has a tram and the subway a few steps away and a lot of restaurants and backeries nearby, so for me the location was perfect.

Location is far from the parts of Lyon you would want to stay in as a tourist. The receptionist was quite rude, assuming I had cut in front of another person despite having been waiting for many minutes longer.

Interior, room

Very nice staff, clean room with a comfortable size. Large bathroom with a nice shower. Good amount of power sockets in the room.

The hotel was fine, the family room set up worked quite well for us with teenage kids. Lyon is a fantastic city and there is lots to see and do, especially the wonderful food.

The venue has a lot of character being situated and connected to a jazz venue. The staff went over and beyond to ensure our comfort and peace of mine. Very professional and friendly. We had a complex situation that was resolved without stress.

“Excellent one-night family stay”

We had an excellent one-night stay here. The concierges were beyond helpful, especially when we turned up after a long morning's travel with our toddler! We were directed to the small play room, which our daughter loved, and a spacious baby changing room, and they put a rush on getting our room ready for check-in. The facilities overall for families are great, and the family room that we booked was perfect, with enough space for us and the cot, and a small terrace for our daughter to get outside. Even though we were on the ground floor near the jazz bar, on a Saturday night, the room was silent inside. The hotel provides everything you need (except a laundry service) and they appear to be very environmentally conscientious as well. It is extremely easy to get to the Perrache train station or to the metro, even with lots of bags and a stroller (a 3-minute walk). We just had one afternoon to spend in Lyon and took directions from the concierge to the Lyon Zoo. A wonderful visit!
