I had a wonderful 9-day stay at this hotel. The welcoming atmosphere made me feel at home, with beautiful plants, a relaxing water fountain, impeccable cleanliness, and truly kind and attentive staff. Everything was thoughtfully maintained, creating a peaceful and comfortable experience. I highly recommend it and would gladly return!

Definitely a hidden gem. Han set me up early and gave me a good recommendation for a quiet room. The room was comfortable, clean and in an area close to everything. There's plenty of parking and it's a reasonable price! .

“Nice place, nice management people, especially at this level of hotel”

For what it is, this level of hotel at this price, it is quite nice. The people who manage it are very sweet and really do their best. The fruit and (weak drip) coffee was a highly appreciated advantage especially since it was available early in the morning, great for those of us with major jet lag issues. No issues with noise from outside (road or whatever).

We only stayed one night. It ia not a 5 stars hotel but we were really satisfied with everything and we would come backagain. Room and bathroom clean. Staff professional and polite. Very nice lobby. Price, excellent. I would recommend.

Offered upgrade to room size for an additional $10. Got a king bed with a desk, table, and lounge chairs. Room had a mini fridge. Bananas were available at checkin. Offered fruit and fresh cookies at checkout in the morning. Nice touch! The hotel is well-maintained, and all staff (day and night) were friendly and helpful. Will stay here again if I return to Lynnwood.

“Short walk to Public transit to Downtown Seattle”

Hotel is a 15 minute walk to the train, close to grocery store/snacks, free hotel parking and we couldn't hear the busy road in the room. Room was clean and very large. Hotel staff were friendly checking in and out.

I was offered an upgrade upon arrival for an additional $10, which was said to include a larger bed and more spacious room. However, the actual difference was only about 4 square meters, which felt misleading. On top of that, the soundproofing was very poor — I could hear people showering at night and footsteps in the hallway, which made it difficult to sleep.
