They had lost my reservation made in February, we travelled in September, and when we found an alternative it cost us an extra £200. Counter staff not particularly helpful.

“The price & location were the main reasons for us choosing this venue.”
Breakfast was excellent. Convenient access to highways. Shower head was great. Tub made it easier for us to get in & out. Beds & pillows were comfortable.

“Okay. Easy to book, nice stuff but not very clean or safe feeling.”
I appreciate it. The fact that I made a last-minute booking and the room was available. The price was decent. The staff were kind. Breakfast was fine. However, all of the buildings are super dated. This shower left a lot to be desired and the sink was missing a piece and had somebody's eyelashes in it. Overall just seemed very dated and didn't feel very safe being there.

“Would never stay at a baymo t agin and never suggest it to anyone”
Pillow cases had holes in them, stains on sheets and blankets and pillowcases, room smelled musty, I left I could t stay there possible bed bugs I was itching for hours after a.d someone drinking alcohol outside my window did.t feel safe at all

“My one night say was very good great location stores restaurants and everything were right there at”
The clerk named David in the office was very professional at check-in the housekeepers that were in the lobby when checking in we're very friendly and we had a nice conversation room was clean breakfast bar was amazing
