The girl named I think Sophia was very nice and helpful. She knows English very good and we had a good chat. Will come back in the future! The place is located on the outside of the city and has a parking space for cars right in front of the hotel. The rooms are small but very comfortable.

We had a lovely stay here. It felt safe and we were always warmly received by the staff. They helped us wash our clothes after a long journey and made us nice breakfasts. The even packed breakfast for us when we had to leave early in the morning on our last day.

The very friendly and helpful staff. I booked traintickets to Kharkiv and they kindly printed them out on paper, they also helped with translation. Washing and ironing of my clothing was done in a short period of time and when I wanted some tea at a late hour at night they provided that without hesitation. What’s also worth mentioning; every day fresh water with mint and lemon was put in the chamber. When I wanted a different dish for breakfast, they also provided this. But again, the helpfulness and friendliness off the staff is exceptional. Parking is available free of charge in front of the hotel.

“Lovely place, I always try to stay here while being in Lviv”

I love this place: I'm staying in this hotel every time I visit Lviv. This time I lived in the room No.6, located on the upper floor. It has exit to stairs to the backyard, under the huge pine-tree (see my photo). Definitely, this is one of best hotels in Lviv, with warm family-style atmosphere, and with the staff talking to you every time by name. Breakfast in great, and my favourite lemonade with lemon and mint is fresh in the room every day (see photo).

That’s the most amazing hotel i’ve ever been too, literally nothing to complain about, during the time of my arrival water with lemon was put into my room, it was absolutely spotless, and needless to say something about breakfast, it was scrumptious and enormous even for me. I’ll definitely stay in here another couple of times
