Location was very good , in center of the city, view from hotel was very good

“Good comfort, good location, nice beds, but needs more attention to noise inside hotel”

There was some construction noise INSIDE the hotel around midnight- and loud banging and vacum cleaning going on. Not the best when you also have to try to get some sleep between air raid alarms! I would consider another hotel next time,, as the reply by receptionist was more or less indifferent.

Room was very spacious and clean with the nice view on the old L'viv. The hotel is very close to L'viv Opera and Old Town. The hotel staff was very pleasant. Hotel has garage that serves also as a shelter.

Hotel is very clean, bed is comfy and I really like it’s location close to cafes and restaurants and in the city center. Also the staff is very nice and welcoming, they also assisted with all requests that we had.

There are almost impossible features for Lviv city center that pursuit us to stay in Rius a lot of times: new building, 24/7 electricity, water and underground parking that could be used as a shelter. I couldn't find any other hotel near the city center with parking and real shelter. Clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff. Tasty breakfast (were surprised to get free meals for kids!).

“Perfect and safe stay”

It was our already fourth stay in Rius hotel Lviv. There are just few modern hotels in Lviv with parking and shelter, Rius is located the best. Just few steps from the city center. Everything is close to hotel, staff super friendly, soundproof is perfect (we have 2 kids, so it is important for out neighbours), updated breakfast menu.

The room was clean, spacious, calm - altogether extremely pleasant. Plus, the view of the city from the window was fabulous. The shelter, which was only needed on the first night, was in underground car park. One felt entirely safe; everybody remained calm; protocol was adhered to. When I return to Lviv, I will stay here again.

When in Lviv, we always choose Hotel Rius, due to four main reasons. First, it's excellently located, as downtown is very close. Second, breakfast is truly great, and so is the atmosphere in the restaurant. Third, rooms are very comfortable and fourth, the staff is very friendly (and most of them speak good English - which is important, because speaking Russian in Lviv is very impolite). All in all, a great place to stay.
