The location is good and reachable by foot to all the attractions just minutes away. Close to the university, there are grocery shops around the corner. Public transport is minutes away. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. Good communication throughout. His manager is a polite lady and gives you all the information you need to know. The apartment itself is big with a lot of space. Enough for a family or group of people. Rooms are cozy, the kitchen is well equipped and there are two toilets and a shower room. It is an old apartment but very well kept. There is a lift as well. Highly recommend

“Huge retro apartment”
The apartment is huge! We were three, each of us had his own room and still there was one small spare bedroom. Very good communication with the owner. We called him upon arrival and he came to hand us the keys and show us to the apartment. Although the house definitely needs a renovation as it hadn´t been touched for at least 70 years, the apartment itself is very nice, retro styled, refurbished and comfortable. Close to the city centre, small supermarket few metres away, open 08 - 22. Very good price/performance ratio. At the airport, when we looked for a bus, we were approached by a man offering us a lift to the apartment for just 50 UAH, while other offers were 500 UAH, guess which one we choose.

Everything was perfect! The apartment had a nice atmosphere. Despite November it was not cold as the heating worked well. I would definitely recommend the place to everyone.

“A stylish place you want for your accomodation”
Very spacious, clean, well equipped (even the shoehorn and the gym) and well thought apartment. Close to the old town. Stable internet connection. The host was so kind that he allowed us for a very late checkout.

Nick the owner is a great guy! He really helped us for some conflicts in Lviv, and the house is very big and comfortable, just 15 mins to Rynok Square by walking.
