Everything from the pleasant driveway to the building, the very friendly welcome at checkin, the room and views were exceptional along with the views and food at the restaurant. Only 5 mins walk into the city. Definitely will be visiting again

“Five star facilities, food and staff.”
The ambiance here is rich and relaxing. The kitchen team produced very high quality meals. No problems operating in English. All staff spoke at least some English with the majority I spoke with being fluent with VERY little unnatural phrasing or pronunciation. Staffed professionalism and polished public service skills. Location and history of the property both added to the pleasant stay

“No. Hot. Water.”
It was my second stay in the hotel. It’s perfectly designed, no problem with parking when comparing to other 5-stars hotels in L’viv. I reconsidered my position re the restaurant - it’s quite good; however, no choices for allergic.

“Memorable experience”
Perfect location to discover Lviv by foot as this city is a nightmare to drive a car. Super friendly and attentive staff, great rooms and well-maintained facility in general. We liked especially the focus on the Austro-Hungarian past of the location in the decoration. Amazing food at the restaurant.

“Safe and amazing stay at Citadel Inn Hotel”
Safe stay with well equipped shelter (unfortunetly, but its important now:( ), nice big and amazing territory with the big parking place. We were very kindly upgraded to a suite assisted by hotel manager who was super efficient & very friendly . Our room was large with a bathroom of marble. Welcome in the room included one of their very own chocolate truffles and macaroons, which you can also purchase in the restaurant . Breakfast was busy but were seated with coffees within 5 mins. Waiters in there were all working so hard & the service was seamless - the food choice was fantastic & all very fresh and delicious. Everyone on staff is friendly, helpful and efficient in their service. We will be returning and we will be sure to stay at the Citadel.

I am staying at the Citadel hotel again. The service is at a high level. Friendly and professional staff. Comfortable rooms, delicious cuisine. The hotel and location are especially beautiful at different times of the year. A quiet area that will allow you to relax and concentrate.

“Highly recommend to stay at the hotel”
Excellent location on a hill overlooking the city. The hotel itself is located in a former fortress with a very interesting history. Cozy room with all the necessary amenities. Friendly staff. On the top floor of the hotel there is a restaurant with a balcony that also offers a wonderful 360-degree view. The hotel also has its own area for walks and a summer terrace where you can enjoy delicious dishes from the chef

“Great hotel for exploring Lwów.”
Great hotel with fantastic breakfast and really nice sauna. It was only 15 minutes from city centre and the view from 3rd floor was amazing. Staff was professional and friendly. Superior room was stylish and very clean.
