“A great stay at an exceptional hotel”
I was doing some research for a novel that I’m writing and the hotel is in a great location for my storyline. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, with the receptionist named Khrystyna even making me a box breakfast for me to take with me when I left. My train was in the middle of the night and she wanted to make sure that I had something to eat! She also helped me a lot with background on the area. She is a super helpful person and the hotel is an exceptional place.

The hotel is very well situated on a quiet street with a park in front and back. There are several quaint streets with small shops and restaurants around the hotel. Other green areas, pedestrian streets, and the historic city are nearby. The breakfast room overlooks the park of the Potocki Palace. It is a great venue for relaxed buffet breakfast.

It has the specific atmosphere. It is situated in the centre but it is calm and there is a small park just opposite the building. There was some wedding party in the restaurant in the hotel, it was a bit loudy, but they promised to stop the party at 10pm and that stopped it at 10 pm. The rest of the night was calm. I left the charger in the room after our check out and I had a massage from the staff they informed me about it. Thank you! It is the sign of a very high quality of service! Looking forward to visit you again!

“A beautiful hotel perfectly located.”
It’s a beautiful hotel on a quiet square, perfectly located for the main tourist sites of Lviv. The room was grand and spacious with a generously sized bathroom. Breakfast was generous and varied while dinner, which was included in the price, was of extremely high quality.
