I do not normally stay in 5 Star Hotels but I would find it hard to see how it could get any better than this! This Hotel is simply outstanding in all aspects. The staff are as lovely as the accommodation too. The situation is perfect just slightly outside the main centre of Lviv but easy walking distance. The University is nearby and the wonderful park. The architecture is really interesting too - a sympathetically converted Bank. My room was stunning with a balcony with stupendous views over the city. Breakfast was of a very high quality in a lovely restaurant. The decor of the whole place is delightful and full of character. There was everything I could possibly have wanted in the room. And I am a non Ukrainian speaker sadly to my shame but this was not a problem at all. I would recommend this Hotel without any reservations at all.

Exceptional staff. Great variety of food for breakfast, most of it changing every day! Convenient location with 5 min walk to the center of Lviv ♡ Very comfortable beds and pillows. I liked the afternoon snack at 5PM at my room changing every second day.

Great value for money. The biggest compliment definitely goes to the staff — everyone was extremely welcoming and always willing to help with any issues that came up. Their friendliness and support really made the stay enjoyable for my mother and me.

It's well located, and the staff were superb (professional, helpful and knowledgeable) The food was excellent, breakfast and dining in the rooftop restaurant. Comfortable, spacious room. An ideal base for exploring Lviv.

The girls on the reception were not friendly and unprofessional. Also were absent when I needed them
