Decent hotel, decent value for money, but the rooms really are small (at least the one we got). For one night, I am sure it's great, but a standard room was too small for two people and we could not even pass each other between the bed and the desk. If I would have known this, as it is not reflected in reviews, I would probably try to upgrade to the next category. Ironically, the shower/bathroom are probably half the size of the room and really spacious for the size of the bedroom itself. The little present (cookie) on check-out was a nice touch.

The hotel is located in a quiet neigbourhood, very close to the central shopping area in the inner city of Lutzk. Save parking space is available at no costs near the hotel. Our room (Small Suite) was comfortable, spacy, clean, and tastefully designed. Breakfast is made freshly upon request including ham & eggs, pancakes, other options and plenty of coffee. The young staff is friendly, nice, helpful, multilingual, English-, and partly even German-speaking. Despite the disturbances of the war, me and my wife had a save and comfortable stay.

Excellent location in the downtown walking area, with plenty of restaurants, shops and cafe. Our room had a view on a castle - just perfect! Stylish design of rooms. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The baby crib was provided per request - nice and cozy one. Good choice of hearty breakfasts. And all of that for just about 60 Euro for the family of 3.
