Excellent apartment with a magnificent sea view. It's a three-minute walk to the beach, and a five-minute walk back, but for others it might take longer as the road climbs steeply. The hostess was very friendly. We loved everything about it.

The hosts grandmother welcome us when We arrived. She was so nice and friendly! The rooms were clean and the balcony had a beautiful view. We had a lovely trip to the Blue cave, the local guide Petar tok us there early in the morning and we were there all by ourself for a while. We’ll love to return next year.

The host's grandmother, who met us, was extremely friendly and helpful. The place is perfectly suitable for two families with a kid. The kitchen is equipped with sufficient supplies to cook any meal. The living room and terrace are spacious, and the view from the terrace is stunning: a panoramic view of the bay, with shade in the morning and a beautiful sunset in the evening. There is also a barbecue place. 5-7 min to the beach down the road.

The house is in the perfect location with an exceptional view. Our host Janko is a wonderful young man and made us very welcome. We went with two kids and the beach is really near so it was nice to have everything very close. The cleaness of the house is as if you were in a hotel! I eould recomend this place to everyone and to anyone who wants to spend a nice quite vacation. Thank you Janko for a beautiful stay!

Spacious apartment with lots of light and a beautiful view of the sea. The hosts are very kind and friendly. The apartment is fully equipped and has everything you may need during your stay. A beautiful beach with cafes and restaurants is very close. I highly recommend this accommodation.

“The best family vacation we have had yet!”

Everything was perfect! I will advise future guests to use the map provided by Janko in order to locate the property easily. Janko and his wife, Milica, were wonderful, the bests hosts we've ever met. Their hospitality and friendliness was top-notch. The apartment was situated very close to the beach and the views from the balcony were picturesque. We felt very much at home and had all we needed. The gardens were so beautiful and as a bonus, there was a pet tortoise which our children enjoyed playing with. We were welcomed by some food and drinks and on my birthday, Janko and Milica surprised us with a birthday cake, which was very thoughtful. It was not too difficult for us to travel to Tivat and Kotor to visit other places of interest (it's easier if you rent a vehicle, which Janko advised us to do). There are also places of attraction very near by like the Blue Cave tour and Lustica Bay. Communication before, during and after the trip from Janko and Milica was excellent. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay again if we are in the area in the future.

The most beautiful view from balcony I ever saw. Even if the weather is not perfect the view can recompense every storm or little rain. Really clean rooms. Perfect for family or group of friends. VERY kind host Janko. Highly recommended 💯. I need to invite my friends here and revisit.
