We had an amazing stay! The location is absolutely perfect – right by the water, with two spectacular beaches within walking distance. The highlight of our trip was the boat excursion, which the owner kindly helped to arrange right in front of the house – such a special experience! The apartment itself was comfortable and had everything we needed, but what really makes this place stand out is the hospitality. We came back one year later and nothing has changed. A beautiful and quiet place where the word relax reaches the essence of his meaning . Good location in front of the sea ( full of fishes to swim with), good host , good food, friendly people. Fantastic week.

The location of Rose is so perfect and the apartment was too! The host was so kind and went out of his way to help us get to Dubrovnik. We were so thankful for his help. The view from the window was stunning right onto the water and it was so nice to hear the waves at night.

Such a spacious apartment with a spectacular view in a location that couldn’t be better. Super clean and comfortable with outdoor areas to relax in as well.. or sip that afternoon wine. 🍷 Host checked in to make sure I had everything I needed and was free to offer advice whenever I needed it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The little fisherman's village of Rose is amazing. We were there at the end of the season and the peace and quiet and authenticity made us feel like we were truly living "la dolce vita". We hope it remains unspoiled and anyone who goes there respects it for what it is: a gem. Apartments Barizon is positioned right on the waterfront. You open your shutters and the bay of Kotor greets you every morning. The room has everything you need. The beds are very comfy. The town is so peaceful you can leave the window open and fall asleep to the sound of waves lapping outside. Can you tell we loved it here? The owners are incredibly friendly, easy going and quick to respond. If you are looking for peace you have it. If you are looking for a buzzing atmosphere with souvenir shops and selfie sticks, keep looking.

Very clean, comfortable and absolutely lovely apartment. Our hosts were very kind and polite. Would definitely recommend these apartments for any family with small children or any other guests. In September it was quite calm in Rose and even if we stayed only 5 days it was a proper vacation!
