We spent two nights at this accommodation and really enjoyed our stay. The host Jackson was extremely friendly and made a great effort to ensure everything was perfect. The dinner we booked was very tasty and well prepared.

The area is nice. You are in the middle of the nature. Jackson really tried hard to make our stay comfortable. We had a good room and a comfortable bed. It was clean. The breakfast had some variety and was good. It's a very quiet area. Only sounds from the nature.

Jackson, the host for our stay, was really nice and prior to that, Maggie had been very helpful via Booking.com messenger. The views are stunning. It's like a nice hiking lodge.

“Wonderful stay in Milemeleni”

The property is kind of remote, quiet and away from the crowd and the city, and surrounded by nature and many trails you can explore without using a car. It’s a charming area, for hiking and nature lovers.

Beautiful place with super cozy rooms! Jackson is very helpful with organizing tours and transportation and a really kind person all around. We had dinner there twice and it was delicious both times, as was the breakfast :)

We recently spent three wonderful nights at Milemeleni in the breathtaking Usambara Mountains, and it was truly a memorable experience! From the moment we arrived, Jackson made us feel right at home with his warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful demeanor. Whether it was arranging activities, offering local insights, or simply sharing a smile, he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The food they offered was simply delicious, breakfast and dinner. It was a real pleasure meeting you.

We had a wonderful stay at Milemeleni Guesthouse. Jackson was welcoming and helpful. Breakfasts and dinners were plentiful and delicious. The bed was comfortable and the view of the garden during the meals made the experience even more enjoyable.

Jackson is by far the nicest host we have met in Tanzania. We had a great time staying at his place. Breakfast and dinner were perfect. The guesthouse is ideal for people who want to explore Lushoto/Usambara by themselves. Jackson helped us navigating in Lushoto with a great map and also organized our bus tickets back to Dar. We can totally recommend staying at his place!

Super Sweet guesthouse with all you need. Jackson is a very caring and kind host which makes you feel at home right away! They serve the breakfast on the terrace between green gardens which is really nice! Don’t miss out to try the dinner they cook for you and serve at little extra cost, it’s amazing& vegetarian! The guest house is in walking distance from lushoto city center and close to the view points you can’t miss out. Thanks for everything - we enjoyed a lot!!

One of the most beautiful places we have ever been in Africa with wonderful and helpful management (Jackson and the lady who cooked for us - thank you). The food was delicious (vegetarian), the mountains are beautiful and the people are kind. Great hikes and views.

“Excellent stay, great host, fantastic landscape!!”

Fantastic area, great landscape, close contact to the locals! Jackson was a perfect host, very helpful and kind, gave us great recommendations to explore the area (including a self-drawn map!), cooked delicious homemade tanzanian food, showed us chameleons, monkeys and bush babies, that live all around the house.

We arrived late (around 8:00 in the evening) but immediately there was someone to help us. They even made dinner for us!!! So we could eat just when we arrived! So kind. And the food is amazing!! We stayed for 4 nights!! Firts booked 3 nights, but because we liked this place so much we booked one extra!! For real: go to this place!! Jackson is de host and he is awesome!!! He helps with literally everything. He told us about some politics, history, the nice places around en he made contact with busdrivers/taxi drivers/ guides for us. All i can say is that Jackson is an amazing guy/host, the nature is beyond beautiful here, and the food is so good. Samsa made breakfast and dinner every day and she kept suprising us with the local, vegetarian meals!! Oh and the matress of the bed was very good as well :) Thankyou Samsa, Jackson and Mirage (night guard) for making our stay so comfortabel!
