Location. Electricity was always available since Lusaka is facing problems of power supply. The generator is a plus. Internet was good.

“The small things make like uncomfortable and resulted in an average experience. Will not return.”
Location was good along with security and conveniency of access. Water was warm for most part of stay with lights on all the time despite power cuts.
