It sits in a nice courtyard with greens it is in a good area and you can walk to a few restaurant supermarket banks etc. the staff is willing to help and very nice but not so much on top of things everything is reactive rather than proactive. it’s however good value for money if you are adaptable and don’t expect much. Internet has improved considerably over the past year.

This company runs like a well oiled machine. Everything has been layed out and well thought out for the need of the guest. Everything you need and would want as an international visitor is there. They are CLEAN. You can feel the cleanliness in the apartment. You feel the safety almost sleep with the doors unlocked type of environment. Its like a home away from home. The staff are trained and operate on a well planned system. Very good culture at Shakespeare. Cleaning people are assigned each day, laundry twice a week, secure entrance. They are all professional and productive. Swimming pool and gym. Restaurant, gas station, currency exchange, atm, strip mall 2 minute walk. Perfect location and superb services. My second visit I came almost midnight and they allowed me to stay without a prior reservation and extended the courtesy of allowing me to pay next day as I hadn't been able to do currency exchange and it was late and the office was closed. Stove, microwave, fridge, dinnerware, cookware, air conditioner, patio, parking, WIFI. beautiful scenery and great environment. You can tell the local staff (zambians) are happy and there is sense of high morale. This is not the case in most other local hotels.They have a variety of apartment options to meet varying needs of travelers. You can tell they care about the service experience of guest and lead in service excellence. I've stayed in many other local hotels and they are the best. Great Job Shakespeare

Kindly change the mattresses. They are beginning to sink and not as comfortable

Calm ambience and very clean property that was maintained well. Regular cleaning and availability of all resources. Prompt response from staff and no disturbance at all.

The staff are great, location is pretty good if you need to be that side of town or central (ish), the place is clean, right next to a lot of shops and places to get food. It’s quiet and it’s a nice premises.
