“Very good place”

The best place to stay in Lusaka. Pool was good. Full time security. Not far from shopping centres. Nice employees.

Clean and spacious apartments with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I felt very safe travelling alone as a woman.

Very clean apartments. Felt safe. Beds were very comfortable. Aircons in the unit were a big bonus since it was extremely hot. I will definitely return if I need to visit Lusaka again

Pharoah and his staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Due to an evening flight, I asked for a late checkout and Pharoah allowed us to without an additional charge. The location is quiet and apartments are well decorated and furnished and backed up with solar, so no loadshedding issues.

“Not comfortable but affordable”

Calm, malls not far, smart TV and furniture, pool, WIFI, personnel, available manager, changing sheets towels and cleaning every day, check-in and out flexible, parking in front of appartment, space in cupboards, clean.

We have stayed here on many occasions and it just gets better and especially now they have ca new manager, he's a very professional young gentleman and the staff as always are amazing and can't do enough for you.

The venue was fantastic. Quiet, clean, organised and the manager and staff were very friendly and attentive.

Value for money, great location, safe and secure

Appreciate the power challenges being experienced at the moment. Did expect that a back up generator might have been in place. Fully clothed bathers in the pool was disconcerting.

The place is very clean and easy to access,workers are professional and helpful 😍.Harriet is very kind and friendly.We will definitely come back again.They have back up power and hot water even when there is power outage😍

I felt very secure and the guards were professional and polite. The manager Harriet is great. She is super responsive, professional and very polite. When I expressed a concern about the bedside lamp bulbs missing and the cleaning (in between the couches and requested better cleaning of the shower), that was attended to very willingly. Great customer service from Harriet. The cleaning ladies were professional enough. Finally I really loved the simple but tasteful décor in the apartment, and the fact that the bedroom was self-contained, but there was another loo for guests so sleeping space remained private.

This place is a little beyond our normal budget but we treated ourselves for a couple of nights of relaxation in Lusaka. Harriett looked after us very well, the room was fabulous and we enjoyed the pool. Everything was really great.
