The house is very modern and has a nice homely feel. The staff were nice and helpful. Check-in and check-out was very easy. The bed in the master was very comfortable. The house was clean and well taken care of. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. I also appreciate your that they allowed payment to be made in USD

The property is well priced for lusaka, the area is nice and we felt safe. However, there weren't enough towels for everyone, even after we asked for more towels. (6 people and only 2 towels!) The kitchens barely had anything in them. Again, not enough cutlery, cups ect. Mattresses could also be replaced. Other than that, we had a good stay.

“Beauty at Ibex Meanwood”
So I had read some bad comments about this place and was already shopping for a new place. I just decided I was going to leave if I didn't like it since I had not paid. I am happy I didn't book elsewhere because this apartment was really beautiful, it met my expectations of what I expected. The host Mutale, the two housekeepers Tola n her colleague were also brilliant, they kept the place so clean. Do not believe the negative feedback they have here especially the three bedroom apartment I stayed, they are a good place to stay, great value for money too when compared to hotel cost. We were in Lusaka for the Africa Scrabble Championship and we won it. So MC Apartment contributed to the goodluck we had. One of us forgot his passport n documents, it was safely held for us till we returned to pick it. There are complaints here on what is the right address since it is had to find on the map. It is 980 Meanwood Crescent. The Yango taxi map is more correct to the apartment, tell the driver to follow the Yango map, it brings him to within 3 houses away, drive another 5 seconds up the road and you will see 980 written on the fence.

“Awful, stressful, not pleasant after a 16 hour flight to locked out no reception.”
It was self catering. A nice property someone has spent a lot of money on it but not managed. No one to meet and greet us then stopped answering phone like I was annoying them. I think this place has two sites one manned one unmanned shocking service
