The location on the site leads one to the water purification plant opposite ITOS, when you arrive at the dwelling the owners don't have a PR and their behaviour is not professional at all except for the guard/caretaker who was helpful later but initially made us wait in the cold outside verifying our documents before letting us in. At 21hrs he came demanding for money for our stay as if we were taking off 🙄 I requested from the owner that we had travelled almost 11hrs and that we were tired and we needed rest and we could resolve it in the morning but unfortunately it was a terrible experience and we had to finalise payment. As far as the facility is concerned the toilet by the 2 twin rooms was out of order the flush in the other common toilet was leaking and they had put a bin in which the water was dripping which had an overflow and water was spilling on the floor and the other bathrooms in the bigger rooms were full of ants and one had the door hanging due to the dislocated Hinge and the single twin beds were covered with particles of dust and ashes. The owners need to work on all that. We stayed from 8PM to 8AM.

Loved how spacious the rooms are and how beautiful the outside is. It’s so well equipped, we had everything we needed. A literal home away from home.

The house was just as seen in the photos. The owners were very interested in everything. And there was a lady who came to clean daily and even insect repellent was put in the rooms. Having a huge, well-maintained garden created a peaceful area for our trip.

I absolutely loved the property. The floor plan was well designed and the decor has a modern and chic aesthetic. It is specious and beautiful. The host is very welcoming and accommodating which attributed to a comfortable stay.

There are no air conditioners in the rooms. The water pressure in the bathrooms is not adequate. The toilet not working effectively.
