Located near the archaeological ruins of Luni Mare, Residenza Alberghiera Italia is set in Luni. Its extensive grounds include 2 swimming pools, a football field and tennis court. Sarzana Train Station is 9 km away for trains to the Cinque Terre National Park, La Spezia, Pisa, and Florence.

Great location for the family . My teenage boys loved the pool . Spacious rooms. Not flash as a little dated but good enough for a few nights stay .

Location near beach. Large swimming pool lots of beds and umbrellas. Room very clean lots of towels.

“Cool, but expected more”
Its nice that the hotel gives access to the swimming pool (yet you need to use swimming caps). The apartment is pretty big, and during summer reception was opened longer (till midnight) so we didn't have to worry we won't be able to check in after 8.00 pm.
