“Stunning home in a breathtaking setting”

Wonderful warm welcome from Antonio and Erica who were perfect hosts and beautiful people. The house and garden are stunningly beautiful as are the views of the spectacular mountains and Ortonovo. Our room was incredible with a dream bathroom and immaculately clean and presented like a honeymoon suite. We were offered the guest dining room to have a takeaway pizza and wine in as we were too tired from driving to go out to eat. When we got back it had been beautifully set with candles, cutlery etc and as it was Antonio's birthday we were presented with a slice of delicious cake and lovely bubbly. They really are the most generous, attentive and caring couple along with Lucky their rescue dog. Breakfast was lovely and generous with homemade chocolate cake as well as croissants, toast, jam, fruit, juice and yoghurt. We had a tour of the garden and were presented with lemons from the garden before leaving with recommendations on where to visit on the route home. Highly recommend this beautiful home if you are in the area and looking for a stunning place to visit with a warm and beautiful home from home.

We found this hotel by chance A place that is like a dream. We got a sweet apartment where everything is meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail The view is amazing and the owners are lovely Waiting to come back again Doron and lior dahan

It’s a small guest house with a nice garden and a view for a nearby village. The breakfast was good, room was very clean. Owners were nice and have a cute dog.

Errica and Mario are kind and friendly people. The B&B was a beautiful place to stay. Stunning and georgius hall, stairway and rooms❤️ spacious bathroom. Nice garden, were breakfast is served. Everything was clean and the sheets and bed cover had bin freshly washed, it smelled so good🌸 Antonio informed me well about the possibilities to travel to Cinque Terre( by boat) by train to Pisa. Wonderful days👍 Thank you both for being super hosts! Say hi to Locci(the kind dog)

“Cute and hidden Gem”

The house and the interior was so beautiful and cute, the room and the bathroom was beautiful, too. The Hosts were exceptionally helpful and friendly with good advice on trips and what to do. They also have a very cute dog😍 The Italian style breakfast was good and served as a buffet in the garden. Beautiful location for breakfast! Thanks Antonio and wife for the great time :)

“Fantastic stay for 5 nights - Home is where you're heart is...”

A delightful and loveley place, as also the owners Toni and Errica. In a fantastic charming way they do everything to spoil their guests. Don't try to argue with them they shall not do so - its useless. The lovingly designed house and garden is for sure one of the nicest places I have stayed. It's like you're at home. And that is exactly the feeling you have from the first moment when you arrive there.

the accommodation met our request. this is the perfect cottage in the Italian countryside. incredible owners who helped us with holiday itineraries, prepared a delicious breakfast. we had a nice apartment, a fantastic garden with a nice view. we got the most out of our holiday thanks to this cottage and its owners. we are very satisfied and recommend this cottage

“Friendly hosts and good value for money”

Communication with the hosts were speedy and easy. I could see they were trying to do their best to satisfy our needs. When I told them I think I was going to be cold at night, I got three blankets!!

The atmosphere of the room and the house. And the garden … wow! But especially the fantastic hosts, Er(r)ica and Antonio (Anthony)! What friendly, heartfelt and attentive persons! The room was impeccable. What beauty! Very well arranged and fitting together perfectly. The bed, the furniture, the beautiful walls and floor. And all you need is there. It’s especially a great place for couples (very romantic)! The bathroom is also like you can find in the known home magazines! The garden and its view is beautiful, to say the least. Not easy to capture this in words and pictures. You have to experience it for yourself! Breakfast in the garden was just heavenly. All was taken care of! Got some great tips for day trips, parking and restaurants (especially Focacceria Da Francesco in Sarzana was fantastic). Very highly recommended BnB!!

We spent a long weekend at Jasmine Cottage; Anthony and Erica could not have been more welcoming. They were fantastic hosts, ensuring that we were comfortable and happy, and giving us recommendations for the area. Their home is beautiful & the accommodation was perfect- absolutely clean & very cosy. Jasmine Cottage is idyllic & I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the region!

If you are looking for a cute and cosy area to stay in. Jasmine cottage is the place to go ! Antonia and Erica are dedicated to make you feel good and as home. The service is excellent, and above expectations, welcome tea, advices, every corner is decorated with great taste and you will definitely feel like in paradise! The garden is just amazing and it’s a real oasis of peace located right in the Italian mountains not that far away from cinco tero. You also have great restaurants around and a dedicated parking spot right for your car which is very convenient. If we had more time we could definitely spend a few more days here because nobody really wants to leave heaven once found. Thanks again for this great experience.
