“We were attending a funeral so the accommodation, whilst important, was not he highest priority”
Breakfast was good - well presented and sufficient. The room was clean, cosy, comfortable. The location was excellent.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Big, very clean rooms. The location is perfect, right in the city center. The Hotel is also a restaurant with bar and the food and drinks are awesome.

“A case of fraud happened in this hotel and we were not supported by staff to solve it - to the cont.”
We have had an issue of Fraud at this hotel. A payment had gone to the hotel via booking.com still they forced us to pay a second time even if clearly we only stayed in one room. The staff were very unhelpful to solve this clear case of fraud and had no intention to go to the bottom of the issue. We do not recommend anybody to stay in this hotel in future.

“Perfect for visiting Lunen and surrounding areas.”
The breakfast was exceptional, a little early in the morning but that's life. Great choice of almost everything. The room was ready on arrival, easy pick up of keys. Car parking no problem at all and free !

“A lovely place to stay in a pretty little town.”
The location was great, the staff were very friendly and especially Nicole who was so friendly and couldn't do enough for us, it has a lovely little bar and we sat outside in the sunshine prior to going to watch the Euro football in Dortmund.

“Comfortable room shame pub below was shut”
Check in was a bit complicated as a misunderstanding meant they thought I had cancelled. Getting the key from a machine and finding our way to the room was a different experience!
