“Terrible place. Rotten odor, dirty bed covers, broken wardrobe, poor heating”
As soon as we entered the house there was a very strong bad smell of rotten decay around the whole place. The bed covers were dirty. One totally broken wardrobe. One electric heater which didn't have heat enough to warm the place. After 20 minutes we left the place and left the keys in the hosts post box. We went online and found another place which was wonderful. We didn't ask for the refund from The Host as it was written in the advertisement that the payment is non-refundable. I don't understand how booking.com listed this place without doing a background check. I'll be very hesitant in the future to book from booking.com as they listed this place which does not even meet the basic requirements.

“I don’t believe this place should be listed to host. It is not ready for it, definitely not to be listed in Booking.com”
I didn’t stay in the property for more than 30 minutes. I left it and booked another place in Lund from Booking.com (you can see it in your website). I would like to ask you to refund my money. If needed I will send you the photo and video that I made from the place.
