The room was not ready at the official check-in time, and we had to wait approximately 30 minutes before it became available. The cleanliness of the room was also questionable. For example, the bottle opener provided in the room was covered in dust. Another issue was the payment process. Payment was required during breakfast rather than online. Since I had an early train to catch, I contacted the property well in advance to ask whether I could pay before leaving. Unfortunately, I did not receive confirmation until the very last minute, which caused unnecessary stress. What disappointed me most was the way the staff communicated. When I raised my concerns, I received responses such as, “Why did you not call when you have all these questions?” and “You have not read your mails?” Instead of trying to understand or resolve the issues, the staff appeared dismissive and unwilling to take responsibility. The communication throughout the stay was poor and negatively affected what should have been an enjoyable trip.

The location is excellent. It's on the border of the city center, but already a quite street. The room is descently equipped and clean. The breakfast was simple, but ok when it was served.

The rooms have hotel standard even if it is claimed as a B&B. The size of the room was larger that many hotel rooms. Breakfast was more than sufficient. Location is perfect to visit central Lund and within comfortable distance from the railway station and the tram (which I use).

No one at the Inn. Nobody picked the call even. I dont know if it a valid property anymore. But i had a confirmed reservation. I had to find another place
