Works were going on and created lots of noise. I would have preferred to be informed about it before my reservation. Also my booking although confirmed could not be found immediately which created some tension.

Great location and a beautiful historic building. The staff was highly professional and accommodating to any needs. The breakfast was very tasty and varied, and both the restaurant and bar were excellent. The room was tastefully decorated, very clean, and the bed was comfortable.

It's a beautiful hotel with nicely decorated rooms, the breakfast buffet is fantastic, and it's situated right in the heart of Lund.

“Lovely traditional hotel with welcoming staff.”
Lovely view over the square, slightly noisy weekend at pub next door, close to train but no train noise. Close to the old town restaurants, shops, and lovely university architecture.

One of the great Grand Hotels in Sweden which has the old style and still very lively. Great place in stay in Lund! (Could never enjoy it while I was a student; now I can.)

“unpleasant check-in experience”
very close to train station, but the town is small, almost everything is pretty close ... has a nice restaurant on site. The hotel is situated at a plaza, with a good view on the town horizon.
