The hotel is in a good location and reachable by buses. The bed was comfortable and the room had a good size. There is nothing else that I can think of.

Hot water went hot and cold. Couldn't have a hot shower

Within walking distance of the University, and a short bus-ride from the station. Pretty good advance information, although there was no indication of which of the three identical key-dispensing machines to use.

The room was very clean, the area is quiet and very close to shops and fast food chains in case you need to eat. You can easily get on a bus or get on an electric scooter. I like that the key retrieval and giving back is fully automated. Free washing machine is a plus. The kitchen is quite well equipped (toaster, microwave, coffee machine, blender, etc...)

“A reasonable stay in a calm location”

Clean room. Helpful support over the phone. Very reasonable kitchenette area and the white goods although I didn't have a chance of using them. Silent location. The town itself is miniature and to get to the town centre takes half an hour walk.

The woman I called was very helpful! The apartment was nice and had everything I needed

Good location. Functional accomodation.

It is an apartment building with kitchen, well-equipped and clean. There are several buses into town, only 2-3 min away from the building. Several restaurant chains are next door. Upon request, the management kindly put me in a room facing east, which is a bit quieter than the apartments that face south and onto the busy road.

Even though it's self check-in you get support from staff in case you have a problem. People I spoke to were helpful and responsive. I really appreciated that.

No light, hot room, no clear WiFi password, not placing the bed top.

“Small flat with almost all you need”

I booked a stay with pets and this flat was a good choice. Staff replied quickly via email. Check-in/out fully autonomous. Flat had a bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with all kind of machines. Next to a restaurant center with 5-6 different restaurants. Free parking at the end of the street, not belonging to building.
