the door handle is broken cant even lock. i had to ask staff every time i need to go out and lock the door. i even sleep with the door appeared to belocked but still can be open outside

“Booking.com need to regularly review the hotel facilities.”
I would like to offer this feedback as a constructive suggestion for improvement. During our stay, there were several areas that could be better maintained to enhance guest comfort and overall experience. The cleanliness of the toilet requires attention, as the sink was damaged and appeared to have been repaired inadequately. One of the room lights was also not functioning, and despite assistance from the staff, the television could not be operated. Additionally, the hotel’s entrance, being located next to a car workshop, creates a less welcoming first impression, and the overall surrounding cleanliness could be improved. As my wife and I were visiting the city for a family function and selected this hotel due to its proximity to the venue, we had hoped for a more comfortable stay experience. Unfortunately, the stay fell below expectations. I was also charged an additional fee by Booking.com, which I feel was unfair considering that the overall quality of the stay did not meet reasonable expectations. As a suggestion for continuous improvement, it may be beneficial for Booking.com to consider periodic local property reviews or inspections before listing accommodations, to ensure that quality, maintenance standards, and guest expectations are consistently met. This would help maintain trust and improve the overall customer experience for future guests.

Quite comfortable in the heart of Manjung town, don't worry about food because it is plenty...surrounded this location even the ground floor is a very famous restaurants which offer so many kind of menu... For me, who loves simple traveling arrangements...this is just awesome
