I drove pas it to see if it existed. Potentially it did but the place was just huge car park for Panko island and no way to identify the property.

I had a very unpleasant and distressing experience staying at this property. I reported that the bathroom shower head was broken because the owner frequently replies to guest comments saying that any issues must be reported directly to him instead of leaving a negative review. Acting in good faith, I followed this instruction. A foreign worker was sent and claimed the shower head was not damaged, yet it fell off again shortly after without being touched. The host’s behaviour was completely unacceptable. He became angry because I did not answer his WhatsApp calls while I was driving in heavy rain during continuous bad weather in Lumut. Despite this, he called me through the worker’s phone on loudspeaker, shouted at me, and repeatedly called me “GILA” (CRAZY). He later called me and continued shouting. This was humiliating and frightening, especially as I was staying alone with my 11-year-old child while in Lumut for work. During the call, I also heard him asking the worker how many people were staying in the unit, which made me feel unsafe. Due to these safety concerns, Booking.com advised me to lodge a police report as I still had to remain at the property until checkout. Because the booking was non-refundable and alternative accommodation was very limited, I felt trapped. Despite making many reports, the support and small compensation offered did not reflect the seriousness of the situation. Facilities such as Wi-Fi, housekeeping and breakfast were not my concern. What matters is how guests are treated. I strongly do not recommend this property due to the host’s aggressive behaviour and lack of professionalism.

When we checked in we found out the bathroom has bathtub and not convenient for elderly to shower. Host is quick to respond to our requests and change the unit for us. We are truly thankful for the kindness. love the big balcony and sea view

The property is nice. It overlooks Pangkor Island and u can see great view of the Marina. The apartment is clean, beds comfortable, quiet and host is pleasant. Just follow all their instructions given. Wifi works well too. They return to you the deposit pretty fast .
