“POOR SERVICE”
Didn't inform about swimming pool under maintenance.Small ants all around can't keep any snacks. Toilet smells.Bidet spray without head. Broken wardrobe both rooms. TV is not working.Dusty headboard. AC smells musty. Stained cup saucer. Broken tile in bathroom. The bathroom lamp is dim, n there's a loose connection lamp in the room, too. Musty n mildew odour in room. Overall, it was the worst room I ever booked.

The price quoted on website varies alot with the amount collected at the reception. Noisy at night as swimming lesson conducted at the pool. Cleanliness not to expectation level. The pool and the lift was not maitained well. Pool water dirty and lift floor tiles cracked
