“Good location, but building is dated”
Location is good. Next to a water park. And 200m from a nice grilled fish (ikan bakar) stall by the cove. Good food with sunset views at affordable price. Check in, check out, was simple and easy. Abundant parking available on site

“Not worth with the money”
The price quite expensive compared with the facilities. Positive comments: Sleep well, space comfortable. Negative comments: Kitchen sets are not proper,tea and sugar not available, toiletaries incomplete, towels are rough, balcony is dirty, decoration in house are scary. Many sockets are not functioning.
