“The place could do better with some changes.”
First of the soap and shampoo was not good at all , and then the door mat and bathroom mat were so thin that it gets wet and never dries easily , the pillows was a bit medium hardened , and also the TV come on it is 2024 and you can install a smart tv with netflix to entertain the guess if they are staying in , lastly there were iron box in the reception room when i was about to check out it was not in the room , these things should be in the room instead of a hassle , also please have some tissue in your rooms.

Very satisfied with the room i booked. Spacious room, big toilet n comfortable bed ( sofa bed also provided). The facilities are complete n suitable for a family vacation. Kitchen also provided, so u can cook bcs this hotel quite far from market or restaurants. But, kitchen utensils not complete, please bring your own. They only provide 1 frying pan, 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 cups,2 glasses n 2 pairs of spoons n forks. Swimming pool & playground available.

“Pros and Cons”
The unit inside is very quiet,clean and with privacy even though on the outside looked rundown . Aircond is cold enough. Bathroom is clean. Room is spacious. Very comfortable stay so far.

I'm frustrated about not getting my RM50 deposit back from the hotel just because of a stain on ONE towel. The receptionist accused us of eating in bed, pointing out stains on the comforter but we denied it since we didn't eat on the bed. After denying it, they mentioned a stain on the towel that we use and we admitted to that. We are willing to accept if we need to pay around RM 10- 20 but they said we need to pay RM100 at first then he offered a discount to RM50. It feels excessive for a single towel, making the whole situation disappointing and unjust, you can even get a new 3 towels with RM50. This hotel is a scam bro

No breakfast provided. its home vacation. What impressed me the most was the honesty of Perfect Host who kept my husband's wallet well. We left the wallet during check out and took it back a week later.
