A beautiful, well run, friendly and helpful place to stay in Lumbini, along the road to the main attraction, the extraordinary birthplace of the Buddha. We loved our room overlooking a large pond, where we saw animals and birds morning and evening.. The staff were very helpful and arranged a car for us to go to Tilaurakot, very recommended. The driver stopped several times when he or we noticed rare storks.

The staff was really fantastic, from the manager to the servants, they were all extremely kind, helpfull and attentive!! Furthermore, the hotel has a big beautiful garden full with trees and nice birds. The food was excellent, really tasty and safe! And the rooms were very clean. Actually the best place to stay in Lumbini!

Perfect stay especially considering the very poor hotel offers in lumbini. It is very peaceful and rooms are very comfy and clean. Spécial thanks to the staff who was lovely and helped us booking our bus and accompagnied us to wait for it!

“Lovely stay at Lumpini.”

The resort is in a very quiet setting with a great restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Staff were very helpful with information auto rickshaw and taxi booking’s. Note that Lumpini temples sites are spread over a huge area and you’ll need to walk around a lot because as at October 2023 there was much road construction happening within the temple areas.

The location is amazing, a huge garden with many trees, birds, butterflies. We even spotted a jackal and few marmots....great place to relax and observe the nature. Close to the Lumbini complex. Staff is very helpful.

The staff were excellent. After we checked out we did some sightseeing before flying back to Kathmandu in the evening. We got soaked and the hotel let us use a room to change before we headed off to the airport.
