Location and reasonably helpful staff was the positive part.

This hotel is in the centre of Lumbini and all the temple of Lumbini can be visit easily.

“I don't recommend”

First of all, when I had a big problem when arrived 22:30 in Lumbini, because one bridge was broken and the taxi driver just dropped me anywhere in the dark with my wife. I had a luck to find a good family who lived nearby and they helped me to call the hotel. They were very slow to do anything to help us. They first said they were busy, and after some time they said they could send a taxi, but it was overcharged, being a short run of 5 minuts. They didn't show proper concern and willingness to help us. Fortunately the people in the house helped us to get a good taxi. When I finally arrived there they wanted to give me a different room from what I booked. It was a much smaller room, and very, very moldy. Fortunately, I had taken a picture of my booking and could argue and insist, then they gave me the actual room. Unfortunately, this whole room was also moldy. The bathroom was so bad that we couldn't breath inside it. Just after 30 minutes in the room we started to have headache, shortness of breath and coughing. We ended up sleeping in the varanda because it was impossible to stay inside. Actually the whole hotel is moldy. The bed sheets was not clean, had many stains. The bed was not good. They gave us a water bottle which had no seal and seemed to be open. In the restaurant they serve alcohol and the energy is very bad. It is improper for mediators and people coming to lumbini for meditation or spiritual purposes. Also it is not worth by the price that is being charged. I completely DON'T recommend this place. It was a very bad experience.

The staff was very nice. They welcome us with good gesture. Also, staff was very cooperative.

The Location is great, diagonal to the main Entrance to The Maya Devi Temple. It has a very good restaurant where you can find local and Western food.... I am not good with spicy food and here I was able to find what I needed.
