“Lovely quiet, family Pension close to Lumbarda centre”

Pension Marinka is a converted family house with several rooms to rent. We have stayed here before several years ago. The building is set well back from the main road into Lumbarda which is about an 8 minute walk. It’s a lovely quiet location. A couple of the rooms have balconies the others large windows, sea/harbour one side garden the other. I think all the rooms now have Air Con, they are generally pretty spacious too. All facilities are good, parking onsite and a nice breakfast on the Patio A really nice place to stay as is Lumbarda in general, walks right from the door, several restaurants and Bars in easy walking distance. Bus stop 50m away if you want to visit Korcula Town or other parts of the Island

Great host, nice apartments and good location in Lumbarda. Try the wine from the winery, it was a great experience. Also really enjoyed breakfast.

If you chose korcula, chose marinka. Walking distance to top restaurants with excellent grk wines . Around the corner from korculas best winery , bire! 200meters to the sea. The hospitality and helpfulness is incomparable. Breakfast under olive and tangerine trees. Do i need to say more?

“Disappointing - we got accused of stealing bed cover from the rooms!”

The bed and breakfast as such is nice - located just a few steps away from Lumbarda center - quiet, surrounded by property garden with lots of fruit trees. Parking is also available at the location. The breakfast is quite good with a choice of local pastries, home made jams, fruits, cheese, ham, eggs, cereals, etc. The facilities are run by a young couple who live at the property with their baby daughter - they have been available to answer our questions, opened for our request to change one of the rooms due to water from the shower not draining - ref maintenance comment below (in the end we didn't change the room as the one we were offered had air conditioning shooting directly on the bed). They also own the Bire winery which we visited for wine tasting and purchased wines from.

Very clean, everything funcioning, very hospitable landlady

Host were very unfriendly. After we booked a room, they moved us to another room the first night. In that room there were no towels, glasses, nothing. After we moved to our room hosts started accusing of leaving the previous room dirty. Throught the whole stay hosts were making noise and complaining about us coming late ( around midnight on saturday!)

Really nice location, the house is lovely and very quiet. Breakfast so good with home made cake. Kata is very nice and helpfull. Would definitely go back when i have the chance!

Location was perfect for me, close to the bus stop. The room was big enough, and the Aircon worked great. All looked very modern. Bed was good. Just for sleeping and a shower it was perfect.

The hosts were lovely, the property was very well situated. I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning. Great value for money
