The host was very kind, and the room was impeccably clean, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The view over Lumbarda was beautiful. I highly recommend it!

Vibe check passed, beautiful garden with fresh wine grapes for breakfast. Right in the middle of Lumbarda, we had view of the bay and mountains on the opposite side. Katarina was a great host, she is very kind, even offered us an umbrella when it was raining. We could also make use of a shared fridge with home made wine and citrus sirup, both delicious. We had all we needed in the accomodation.

Fab location the host Katarina is lovely. Room is small but perfect for us. The terrace is great and the host geve us some bottles of their own vineyards wine which is also fab.

Amazing location. Very close to restaurants and swim spots without being too noisy and busy, very relaxing and easy. 5min flat walk into town and 5-10min walk to great swim spots. The room was very tidy and Katarina was extremely helpful as a host. Including lending us an umbrella for the torrential rain! And let us park our scooter in her garage. The clothes line and communal fridge was very helpful also.

We had an amazing stay at these apartments! The host was super kind and made us feel so welcome—they even moved their own car out of the garage so we could park ours there! 🚗 The room didn’t have a kitchen, but it did have an awesome terrace with a stunning sea view. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything—cafes, restaurants, a great bakery, and a supermarket just around the corner. We were lucky to be there during a public holiday with live music, which was such a cool way to dive into the local culture. 🎶

Excellent location and host. Close to everything - bars, resturaunts, beach, shops, bus and taxi services. Facilities excellent host provided fresh towels and bed sheets when we wanted. Large shared balcony also.

ROOMS Rooms are situated on the first floor in a stone traditional house. Rooms are standard dimensions with air condition, vintage, massive furniture and renovated bathroom. The water pressure is good (not comnon for all accomodations on the island) with enough hot water and all in all very cozy. The room has enough space for two persons and all the luggage and storage cupboards. Our room also had a beautiful sea view through the window, priceless! In the halway there is a fridge with freezer which is shared with other guests on the floor. There is enough space to store your daily breakfast supplies, sandwiches and other beach snacks. And of course for a couple of beer cans. :) The terrace is one of the best things in this accomodation. Every morning we had breakfast with a view of the sea, beaches and nearby islands. LOCATION This accomodation is situated in the city center, 20 meters from the sea, a minute walk to the first restaurants, and maybe three minutes to the towns square. For light sleepers it might be a problem to sleep with an open window, but this is what you should expect in town center :) We slept very well despite that. You also have a parking place in the shade of olive trees in the backyard, which is a great place if you are planning to discover the island with your car. HOSPITALITY Owners were kind and helpfull. They live in the ground floor apartment so they can help you out with anything, anytime. They also offered their wine and olive oil to taste. SUMMARY Over all, this accomodation is a true price performer. Clean, cosy rooms with perfect location and kind owners. If you are not searching for luxury appartment and you are not planning to cook, this is the place for you.

Loved the deck chairs and views from the terrace. Walking distance to everything in Lumbarda town. Katarina was very welcoming and helpful, and a lot of thoughtful things were provided, like a shared fridge and cupboard with glasses, mugs etc.

The room is within a house located right next to the sea. My room had a lovely garden view, and there was a communal terrace with stunning sea view. The room was clean and the host was super friendly and offered plenty of advice and great day trip suggestions for my time on Korcula.

“Friendly, local, like at home”

Katarina the host, was super friendly and welcoming. She made sure we have everything we need for perfect holidays. She gave us recommendations for scooter rentals, where to eat, drink, etc. She even provided home made drinks for us. Location of the house is amazing too, central, 3 minutes from the bus station, market, restaurants, etc. Will come back hopefully next year!
