“Thoroughly enjoyed my short stay in Lumbarda”

Initially I thought I was going to be stranded at Lumbarda because the buses stop running from 3pm on a Saturday and none on a Sunday! But Nikolai and GordAna very kindly let me use their bicycle so I was easily able to get around. Lumbarda is a very quiet little fishing village and a19 Euro taxi fare away from Korcula but I really enjoyed it. Easy access to Kayaking and great swimming beaches (on the bike) and I highly recommend the nearby restaurant Guvani - absolutely sensational! (Note also that the supermarket is closed on Sundays)

Idyllic setting with stunning view from balcony. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Sandy beach within half hour walking distance. Beautiful.

“Very good. The island is wonderful!”

The view was great. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. We didn’t meet the host in person, but she sent us instructions and suggestions on what to see. There was also a folder with useful information about Korčula. The private parking was a big plus. There are plenty of piers nearby where you can swim. But it's a 30-minute walk to the sandy beaches (or 5-7 minutes by car)

Property was clean and modern and the view from the balcony is lovely There is a bus stop opposite the property for a bus into main Korcula city The comments about the main road outside are correct that during the day it is quite loud but of an evening it does quite down and as a light sleeper this did not cause any issues with getting to sleep

We loved our host, she was immediately friendly and helpful. We loved the accommodation with a view overlooking the bay. We were a short walk away from Lumbarda with several restaurants and shops. We found 2 sandy beaches not far from there. We shall return!

A spacious and tidy apartment. Equipped very well and the location is very good. We loved the seaview. The hostess, Gordana, is super nice and friendly. She takes good care of her clients. We weren't bothered about the apartment being close to a quite busy road. The bed was really comfy and we loved the pretty sheets.

The hosts were awesome! They made us feel like we were at home and helped us navigate the attractions on Korčula. Lumbarda is beautiful and not too crowded. The apartment was exactly as shown on pictures.

Fantastic location, opposite a beautiful inlet, which was great for swimming. 10 minutes on the local bus to Korcula town with a bus stop right outside. The apartment was spacious and clean with a lovely balcony. Super friendly hosts. Would definitely recommend.

Nice and spacious apartment, well equipped. Very close to the sea. Mini bar and space to hand out downstairs is very nice. The hosts are very friendly and talkative and funny. Would recommend!

Gorana was a wonderful host. So welcoming and helpful. Great location. Couple of nice restaurants within a 5 min walk. Lots of places to swim . Good base to explore the island if you have a car. But public transport also an option with a bus stop across the road. Well appointed studio apartment with a great balcony overlooking the bay
