Overview
Located in a quiet part of central Luleå, this intimate good-value hotel provides free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped communal kitchen. Train and bus services are a few minutes’ walk away. Each room at Park Hotell has a work desk and a private bathroom with shower. All include a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Park’s continental breakfast is served in the dining room, which features a fireplace and a large flat-screen TV. Free hot drinks like coffee, tea and chocolate is available at all times. Next to Park Hotell are five free private parking spaces, each with a parking heater (Parking is not bookable). In Luleå the parking places in the street is free between 18:00 - 09:00. Luleå’s main shopping street, Storgatan, is only 200 metres from the hotel. The city’s culture center, Kulturens Hus, is 5 minutes’ walk away.

I invariably like the location of the hotel. Only 5 minutes (400m) walk to the train station and 300m to the nearest bus stop (lines 4 and 104) in the direction of the airport. The beds are comfortable, comfortable, although a bit too soft for me. The water in the shower has a slightly too low pressure. Some write that the hotel offers breakfast. It's not exactly like someone gives them. There is a fridge, coffee maker and toaster. In the fridge there is milk, juice, two types of yoghurt. In addition, two boxes, one with cold cuts, the other with cheese. If you get up early in the morning, you will get it, later there may be a problem.

“Room 14 is great for families”
Loved the location of the hotel and the large hotel room. It's one of best rooms we've stayed in as a family. The layout of the room is a little odd. I'm assuming it used to be a communal relax area. The sauna was great but the bathroom is dated but functional. Our room was right outside the communal kitchen, which was no issue and we even made a hot sandwich from the breakfast buffet. Beds are very comfortable

Perfect location close to the town centre, restaurants, bus and train stations. Good communication with clear instructions before arrival, good breakfast, small but cozy rooms with comfortable beds. We appreciated very much the option to leave luggage after check out untill our departure. Having the kitchen is a plus to have a cup of tea in the evening or cook a meal if you like/need.
