A very charming and cosy cottage, located in a peaceful forest setting away from the crowds, which ensures complete relaxation and a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday city life. The staff were extremely polite and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The cottage is well equipped with all the necessary amenities and kitchen utensils, which greatly adds to the comfort of the stay. Another advantage is the possibility of parking the car directly next to the cottage.

The accommodation is very cozy and has a pleasant atmosphere, situated in a nice and quiet location. Please note that it is about a 20-minute walk from the bus station, which may be something to consider if you are traveling by public transport, with luggage. The host charges extra fees for certain facilities such as towels, bed sheets (apparently it's quite common to Scandinavian Horeca), and access to the spa, which would be good to know in advance, or at least the taxes. The shower is located outside the cabin, which might not be convenient for everyone. While the overall feeling is warm and comfortable, some of the kitchen tools are quite old and already used, so there is room for improvement there. Additionally, guests are expected to support the cleaning service themselves; otherwise, an extra cleaning fee is requested. Overall, it’s a cozy place with potential, but the additional costs and some practical aspects are worth considering before booking.

The hosts are very nice. The cabin is very cosy and comfortable. We loved the location in the nature!

The cabin was super cosy and the scenery around was magnificent. Even though the temperatures outside were low, inside it was always warm enough and hot water was always available.

We want to get deep into nature. See snow and the calm. The highlight of the experience was that the Northern Lights came on the last night and there were nice photos. The cabin was small and had everything we needed. Shower was in the sauna house next door. Sausage grill opposite our cabin and the owner made sure we enjoyed ourselves.

Cute and cozy cabin, lots of candles and nice lights to make the atmosphere really charming. The cabin was nice, spacious and had everything we had wished for a nice and quiet Christmas. Parking is right outside the cabin, location is a bit outside the city, so you will have a quiet night and lots of stars (even aurora if the timing is right).

“Fabulous cabin in the countryside, a short distance from Lulea”

We had a fabulous 3-day stay in Cabin 2 across New Year! Such a beautiful peaceful location, yet just a short car ride from Lulea. We hired snowshoes from Jens and loved our walks in the snowy countryside, through the woods and to the frozen lake. The cabin exceeded our expectations. I was a little concerned since this was the smallest of Jens' cabins and only had a loo but no shower. I didn't need to worry. It was right next door to a very nice communal shower/bathroom/sauna/hot tub cabin, which was shared with only one other cabin (I believe the sauna and hot tub could be booked out to use but we didn't do this). The cabin was clean and tidy with a small kitchenette which included a fridge, sink, 2 hobs and cooking/eating utensils. It was nice and warm, even in minus 20 degrees. On New Year's Eve, we celebrated with Jens, his family and friends and other guests in another cabin with a roaring fire and delicious food which was great fun. The whole stay was amazing! From the location (lost in the middle of nowhere with km of walking tracks in the woods without meeting anyone), to the room (nice and super cost with every equipment you need), without forgetting the super nice host Jens !

Absolutely loved this place..This was the biggest, most spacious apartment we have had on our travels. The best kitted out kitchen it had everything you needed. Big living room to relax in .Every room was so clean. Had lovely patio area out back with barbecue to use .The host was super lovely friendly lady .Highly recommend staying here .

Just outside of Luleå but you still have that feeling of living very close to nature. It's not the most luxury cabin, however it is quite roomy and offers everything you need for enjoying a nice bbq on your own terrace and have a relaxing stay away from the big city.
