Good location, clean, and free coffee was good. I didn't get sent a code for entry. However, this was sorted by phoning the staff, and they were happy to help despite the late hour.

They had no obligation to refund the money that I paid in advance, but it would have been appreciable to receive at least an answer to my messages. The only comunication I received was a code for entering, the notice that there was no staff available and the check-in was automated.

It was fine overall, I guess it was somewhat comfortable but I don’t really have much to say.

Great staff and helpful in case of any problem. The kitchen is huge with many fridges. I could enjoy free coffee and other hot drinks from an automatic machine. Extra special thanks to Dennis and also the woman who answered a request at 2 am to solve an issue. The answer was quick and efficient. The place is super safe with auto locking doors, codes to enter and security cameras everywhere. Thanks also to the security guard, the cleaning guys and the day manager speaking good enough English to help with little details that my stay perfect.

Good location, comfortable accomodation, responsive when contacted, has all you need for comfortable stay. We cooked nice meals in the kitchen and enjoyed common areas. The room and bathrooms are also good and the coffee machine great! Thank you!
