The house is spacious and easily accommodated our group of 4 adults and 4 children without feeling crowded. There is also an indoor garage, big enough for two cars. The kitchen and fridge were fully stocked with everything needed for breakfast. We particularly liked the convenient location, just a few streets away from the train station on the Como-Milano line.

Daniele greeted us personally at check-in, ensuring we had everything we needed and even guiding us to park our large van in the garage, which was incredibly helpful. Throughout our stay, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The rooms were kept impeccably clean, and the breakfast supplies—especially the biscuits and juice—were replenished, adding to the overall comfort. One of the standout gestures was the offer to dry our clothes after washing, despite the accommodation not having a dryer. It’s small, thoughtful touches like these that truly set this experience apart. “A truly authentic and hospitable Italian experience”

We arrived late in the afternoon and due to circumstances the charging point didn't work. With two toddlers, we hoped to get a pizza, but due to the limited range and problems with the charger, we had to let that go. The host then went out himself with our order and in no time we were able to enjoy a fantastically delicious pizza. The next morning it turned out that the charger had also worked. The accommodation is spacious, clean and ideal for a family resuming their journey the next day. Thank you so much for this great experience! We’ll come back for sure.

Loved our overnight at Casa Rosa, perfect location for us driving back from Tuscany. Very helpful and welcoming host who provided fresh pastries and a fridge full of everything needed for breakfast. Ideally located for visiting Lake Como. Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

Very big and nice apartment, five beds, two bathrooms and a big kitchen! The breakfast was nice and the owner very helpful. Only 15mins drive to Como. The apartment was very clean, the bathrooms could do a bit more detailed cleaning but it was ok. Private parking space was offered.
