The glamping tents are a piece of paradise. Absolute waterfront, private and luxurious. We hired a buggy for adventuring around the island and found Turtle Bay to be perfectly positioned between town and the stunning, must-see destinations on the island.

Was here for two days at the end of May 2026, my goodness... The sunrise in the morning was opposite the front door and across a small grassy area, was out of a movie scene... Incredible. Quiet, staff from Mick and Vicky down were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Honestly, have travelled to a great many countries, Vanuatu on the whole was superb, but Espiritu Santo and TBL was right up there. The food was always excellent, the service with a smile and wished we had stayed longer but we will be back. You will NOT regret choosing this place. Hi from St Kitts ;)

We had the most amazing time at Turtle Bay Lodge, the staff are so kind and considerate and went out of their way to make our time enjoyable with a busy toddler.   Everything was spotlessly clean and the food/drinks were amazing! We couldn't fault our stay and will hopefully be back in the future!   Thank you so much for our relaxing stay :)

“Piece of paradise”

Exceptional place to stay and relax. Rooms are clean and confortable and although our room did not have air-conditioning, we used the fans and were fine at night. Unless you have a car you'll be limited to taking taxis and tours which can add up but totally doable. Good snorkelling in the lagon and ocean. Hotel provides all you need for your water fun. Enjoy the slow pace people in Vanuatu have and relearn to unwind.

Lovely location by great sheltered sea swimming area. Use of kayaks and paddle boards in lagoon area. Smallish so not a big resort which was good. Responsive managers and staff did their best to make us welcome.

The location and setting are stunning, the photos actually don't do it justice. There are lots of communal seating areas/ swing/ hammocks overlooking the water (and the turtles!) which is very peaceful. there arent many rooms so it doesnt feel crowded ever. The marque tents are very well equipped and thoughtfully designed. There are paddleboards, kayaks, snorkels etc to borrow which is great and very easy. They occasionally put on bands and entertainment at the restaurant. When you have to leave early in the morning they arrange breakfast the night before so you don't miss out.

Breakfast was wonderful. Meals were great, very western however, some more local style dishes or flavours would've been great. We were there for the Xmas buffet which did have some local dishes which was good. Very expensive however. Setting is amazing. Some of the best snorkelling I've done was off the ocean side of the property. Wavey though so an added challenge! We hired the kayaks to go to the blue hole. This is not a small thing. We are fit and strong and it challenged us, we were sore, blistered, bruised spines from the backrest, sunburned legs (despite slathering on the suncream). Took us about 3 hours return. The room was great, appreciated the kettle and tea and coffee. Enjoyed the pool as the temperature was nice, actually a bit refreshing, not too warm.

“A few days in paradise”

We appreciated the quiet, remote location of the accomodation, it was just what we needed. You can snorkel along a colourful reef, kayak along the bay (or to a blue hole) or book a dive to explore one of the newest dive sites in the world. The staff is also happy to help you book a driver or a tour, so it surely doesn’t get boring. The restaurant is great and I can highly recommend getting the whole fish! Everyone at the resort is super friendly and happy to help where they can. We had an awesome time there and will surely come back!
