Beautiful location. Super friendly staff. Clean and generally comfortable rooms. It's a very good hotel and we'd definitely stay again. Good size room, quiet and a good night's sleep. Picture included is the stunning view from the balcony.

The view from the balcony is gorgeous and is definitely the highlight of our stay in Lugano, highly recommend. Otherwise the room was spacious and very clean, the staff is friendly and was happy to store our luggage since we arrived before the check-in time. The breakfast buffet was well stocked.

Brilliant location with an absolutely fantastic view. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our suitcases at the hotel between checking out and catching our train, which was really useful. Good selection of food and drinks at breakfast. The fridge in our room was a great addition.

The location is perfect, close to everything – cafés, the waterfront, restaurants, the promenade for walks. The train station is a 10-minute walk away.

The view from the terrace is incredible!!! The staff is very friendly and the underground parking is very practical.

Real good location as a base to city tour (5 min. walk to center of Lugano) and as a base to around land's attractions. Very professional, kind and helpful service.

This place desperately needs an upgrade. Decor stuck in the seventies.No lounge...! I booked it blind and only because the location.

The view on the lake was incredible and the walking distance from the city center very convenient. The room was comfortable and waking up with the lake view was priceless.

Fantastic hotel with great breakfast (gluten free bread as well, on request). The concierge was so kind and welcoming, and even stored our bags for free for the day as we explored the city. Fabulous view of the lake and mountains across the way, it doesn't get much better !! The bed is new I believe and very comfortable.
