It was unclear who to message being provided with 6 people's individual numbers and when messaging the main company, they made us feel like we should know who is on-call (this isn't posted anywhere). When messaging, they didn't respond timely or didn't respond at all. Wifi was unclear, dryer was broken (full lights up), clothes washing machine had error code E20 when using. Given poor communication we didn't bother trying to get these resolved. Place was very nice, management seems like it needs to do better with communication and facilities .

Great location. Nice, spacious apartment with good amenities. If you have meetings at the Congress Center, it is ideal. only 2 minutes to the lakeside and the park. We loved our breakfast, we prepared ourselves.

This apartment is perfect. The check in details were clear and worked perfectly, they even let us check in a bit early. The garage for parking is great with lift up to apartment, this was great with our heavy cases. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. A complimentary bottle of Prosecco was a lovely gesture. Little balcony off bedroom was great for breakfast and evening drink. Location is great just a short stroll to centre and a beautiful Lido. Lugano is so beautiful, we didn’t want to leave.

This is a stylish roomy apartment on the edge of the old town in a nice building. We enjoyed the novelty of having shutters, the open view, and the small balcony that we could sit out on and enjoy a drink.

The 4 days stay was NOT a pleasant experience. We’ve booked dozens of accommodation with Booking.com and this one rates as the worst.

“Great living for congress participants”

Great location especially for reaching the congress center. But it’s also great for getting to the lake and the old town. Getting into the flat was super easy and the parking space was convenient (even though a bit tight for a VW Camper). The kitchen was well equipped and cosy furniture provided. Nothing was missing:)

“Nice place to stay in Lugano”

Three of us stayed here in Sept 2023. This was a really nice apartment near the centre of Lugano. The instructions for getting into the apartment were a bit unclear but in the end it was quite easy to access it. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was not working but this was resolved very promptly the next day by the local team. The apartment is very modern and clean and a short walk from the centre. We arrived by train on Sunday evening and took a short bus ride which stopped very near to the apartment which was very convenient. We also took the bus back again when we left. Unfortunately, the only shop that was open on Sunday evening was right next to the station, so I had to go all the way back there again to get some provisions. The on-site team in the office nearby were very helpful and allowed me to print out our train tickets before we left. I'd recommend this as a place to stay in Lugano. By the way, there is no lake view from this apartment- unless you have a telescope!
