Right on the shore of Lake Lugano, the 3-star superior International au Lac Historic Lakeside Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms, a garden with an outdoor pool, free WiFi, and a lobby bar. “Historic grandeur”
We had a fabulous room “La Belle Epoque” with a very comfortable bed. Good shower with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was delicious. There’s also two nice lounges and a garden to relax in. The staff were very helpful. I would stay here again in an instance.

“Good value for money”
Great location, rooms are clean, calm with great view on the lake. Very convenient to have an underground parking as the hotel is in the prime location.

Fantastic place. Really old history, amazing collection of paintings on the walls. I was also fortunate enough to have a lake view. Wish I could have stayed longer.

“Excellent and comfortable hotel next to the Lake.”
The hotel is in the perfect location beside the lake. It has a lot of history and is comfortable and welcoming. It feels like a hotel that should cost a lot more than it did. I had a single room which was of a decent size and very good value. The public rooms are particularly atmospheric of the grand era of hotels.

“Amazing!”
Everything was great, the location amazing and the breakfast outstanding! It is a historical building with high ceilings:) AC worked perfectly. The view from the Honesty Bar is amazing:) totally worth your money:)

“Fantastic hotel!”
The hotel is fantastic, great location and the amenities in the hotel are fab. My boys loved the honesty bar. This is our second time visiting Lugano and this hotel although rated a 3star was much better than the 4star we used last time. From ping pong tables, go-karts happy hour it really is amazing. Staff we also so friendly and accommodating. Our room was lovely very spacious and boys beds had haribos on them. Can’t recommend it enough. We will definitely be back!

“Excellent hotel gr8 location would recommend this hotel”
The location, the pool (although a little small for laps lol ) the staff were excellent very helpful and friendly. Lovely range for breakfast Being lakeside was amazing, beautiful views
