Overview
This family-owned hotel is centrally located just a short walk from Lugano town centre and its breathtaking lakeshore, and the famous Piazza Riforma with its many sidewalk cafés. Located in a quiet spot halfway up a hill, the hotel is just a short 3-minute walk from the train station, and provides quiet rooms in a green corner of the city. Many rooms have a balcony view of Monte Bré, or overlook the town. The hotel is the perfect choice for both leisure and business travellers. Its restaurant offers elegant simplicity, and the bar is ideal for a relaxing evening drink. The hotel also features limited meeting facilities.

“I will stay there each time I will travel to Lugano”

“Perfect location. The Hotel Team were absolutely fantastic!”
Location is 2 minutes from the main Train Station. But, the best thing about the Hotel is the Team. They could not do enough for you! Friendly, happy and helpful. Evening meal was excellent. Fabulous Family run Hotel!

“A wonderful experience in the city centre of Lugano”
My experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and supported. Every team member I interacted with was warm, attentive, and committed to ensuring guests have a flawless stay. Their professionalism and kindness set the tone for my visit. The room exceeded my expectations, spotlessly clean and simple, but nicely designed. The location could not be better. Situated close to the main train station and the old town with key attractions and restaurants, and public transportation, it made exploring the area and going to the conference venue really easy. Despite being so central, the hotel itself felt peaceful and quiet, offering the perfect balance between convenience and recovery after a challenging day. Moreover, the breakfast helped start, given the choices, the start well. This hotel delivers a very positive experience in every category. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, outstanding service, and value for money. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

“Fantastic stay in a beautiful location”
The property was within walking distance of the train station which we were happy with. The hotel was exceptionally clean and had amazing views out to the lake and mountains. Breakfast was lovely. It was a short walk into the town centre. Staff were very helpful and supportive when we requested a (paid) room upgrade.
