“Perfect location for enjoyable stay in Lugano”
Fabulous location just metres from major supermarket, bottle shop (for alcohol) and bus stop. Also close to lake, restaurants and San Salvatore funicular. Free public transport on bus and trains - fantastic extra. Frequent buses round Lugano and to the train station. Good aircon in room and nice balcony with chairs, Small fridge to keep food and drinks cool. Comfortable bed and bathroom with soap and towels. Elevator worked well. Front desk man helpful and kind.

“Bad”
I stayed at your hotel with my wife to celebrate our birthdays. When I made the booking, I specifically requested one double bed, but instead we were given two single beds and an additional bunk bed in the room. The room also had no table or chairs, and the fridge was not working. This was very disappointing and uncomfortable for us during our stay. Unfortunately, these issues ruined our holiday trip and special birthday celebration. I would appreciate your response regarding this matter and hope you will consider appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.
